Northwest News 10/31/2025

Dear Northwest Families,

It’s official… the school year is flying by faster than a witch on a broomstick! We are already deep into the 2nd quarter — no tricks, just lots of learning treats!

Thank you to all the families who “crept” in for conferences! It was fang-tastic meeting with you and talking about how your little pumpkins are growing. Your partnership helps keep the magic alive in our classrooms every day.

As we continue our journey this year, please help your child avoid homework boo-boos by checking in each evening. Even a quick, “What spell… I mean, skill… did you practice today?” can keep those brains glowing like jack-o’-lanterns!

A friendly (ghostly!) reminder: If transportation plans change at the last minute, please contact the school office directly. Our teachers are often away from their computers and phones during the day, and we want to make sure every student gets home to the right haunted house!

We hope your Halloween is full of treats, safe scares, and lots of laughs. Thanks for being the best families a school could ever haunt

Yours in education,

Craig Munro

Principal
