Dear Northwest Families,   Temperatures are going to be dropping soon, but we will still be trying to give the students as much time outside as possible. When the temperatures do drop, please send your child with a jacket, hat, and pair of gloves/mittens every day - and a change of clothes if they are prone to getting wet or dirty during play. Dear Northwest Families,   Here comes the cold weather!  Please remember to send warm clothes with your student(s) each day: hats, gloves, and scarves. We go outside as long as it is not raining and the temperature is above 10 degrees with the wind chill (I typically rely on the weather.com app). Dear Northwest Families,   This school year continues to fly by as we close out the first quarter. I first need to say “THANK YOU!” to our wonderful PTO, for their hard work on the Color Run, and to our families for their unprecedented generosity! We raised over $40,000! Dear Northwest Families,   This year is off to a fantastic start! Our students have learned our important routines and expectations, and they are maximizing every learning opportunity.
